Sustainability
The projects of APD always pay big attention, following Nathan Shedroff, to the key elements of sustainability: Environment, Economy and Society. We focus on smart and sustainable business opportunities on the continent of Africa in partnership with investors, the local community and governments.

On the 8th of December 2010, the RSPO approved the membership of Agriculture Development Ghana (subsidiary of APD). Currently we are waiting on the translation of the membership to APD.
The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is an association without profit purpose and promotes the growth and use of sustainable palm oil through cooperation within the supply chain and an open dialogue with its stakeholders. Currently, RSPO is working hard on developing the new sustainable code for the National Environmental Authority in order to promote their activities in the palm oil sector and its derivatives.
Membership is strictly by approval of the board only and the applying company must prove its commitment to the RSPO. It is fundamental to the integrity, credibility and continued progress of the RSPO that every member supports, promotes and works towards the production, procurement and use of Sustainable Palm Oil.
